Following from the Balanced Scorecard, at the beginning of the year the officers along with their respective superiors decide the key result areas. Each and every position in the organisation has a detailed job description. From the descriptions, key competencies have been identified for the officers' positions and skill needs for the Associate posts, have been identified which form the basis of the selection of the candidates.
Graduate Trainees & Management Trainees are recruited from the campus directly. Their selection process involves Written Test / Group discussion and Personal Interview followed by final interview by MD.
The GT / MTs undergo rigorous induction training for six months at various locations of the company.
