Plate Burning facility was started at TSPDL in 2006, basically to cater to the Earth Moving and Construction equipment industry. We are in the process of putting up our plant in TADA (Andhra Pradesh). We will differentiate with others by implementing latest technology which will have Multi Torch Oxy-Fuel cutting tips which will be totally integrated with high sensing and internal ignition without any external probes. These torches will streamline the cutting process and reduce the risk of torch damages. This will help to develop high quality parts with least or no defects. The machines are sourced from M/s Messer (Germany) and they have patent for torches called ALFATM which are equipped with sensors to control operations.

Our capability is to process thickness varying from 12 mm, 60 mm and more, maintaining the precision of Quality and Just In Time delivery to our customers.
